Alan Desai joined 777 Partners in 2022 as their Credit Analyst. Prior to 777 Partners, Alan has accumulated over a year and a half of experience with high yield bond and leverage loan research, covering Consumer, Healthcare, Gaming, and Lodging companies at Barings. Alan holds a B.A. in Finance and International Business from the University of South Carolina.

James Lundy joined 777 Partners Asset Management in 2022 as their General Counsel. Prior to 777 Partners Asset Management, James has accumulated over 25 years of experience with insurance and structured finance at Syncora Holdings Ltd. and Thacher Proffitt & Wood. James holds an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a JD from New York Law School, and a BBA from Pace University. James is licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut and is a certified public accountant (inactive) in New York.

Michael Nekus joined 777 Asset Management in May 2022 as their Head of Finance and Operations. Prior to 777, Michael has accumulated over 15 years of front to back office experience, implementing and streamlining processes at organizations in the hedge fund industry including Tiedemann Investment Group and Ancient LP. Michael holds a degree in Economics from the University of Richmond.

Susan Wu joined 777 Asset Management in 2021 as their Investment Reporting Manager. Prior to 777 Asset Management, Susan has accumulated over 15 years of experience with UK OEIC's, Unit Trust, Lux SICAV, Hedge Funds, Dublin ICVC, Investment Trust and Private Equity / Credit funds at organizations in the financial industry, including State Street , Janus Henderson Investors, IQEQ Fund Administration Services (UK) Ltd. Susan is an ACCA Qualified accountant and holds an MBA in Finance from Charles Sturt University.

Olivia Al joined 777 Asset Management in 2022 as an Investment Reporting Associate. Prior to 777, she worked as a Product Operations Analyst at a start up in the private aviation space. Ms. Al holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Information Systems and Technology from American University.

Dayshalae joined 777 Asset Management and 777 Re Ltd. in 2022, as a Risk Analyst in the Money Laundering Reporting Office. Prior to these roles, as an Assistant Manager at KPMG Bermuda & UK, she had audited top SEC reinsurers. Dayshalae has had a range of engagements assisting regulators. She has played a key role assisting the Office General Counsel with internal audit investigations. She implemented an on-boarding process for the Bermuda Department of Immigration, and she assisted the UK Small Business Commissioner with independent compliance reviews. Since obtaining an Anti-Money Laundering Diploma, and as a member of the ICA, she has been a catalyst for implementing Customer Due Diligence and Know Your Customer processes for Banks and regulators.

Richard Cardali joined 777 Partners in 2019. Prior to joining 777, Mr. Cardali worked as a corporate accounting professional for private investment firms and private equity / venture capital owned middle market companies across many industries. Mr. Cardali has 10+ years in public accounting inclusive of Big Four experience. Mr. Cardali received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Hofstra University and is a Certified Public Accountant

Keith Steele joined 777 Partners as Director of International Accounting in 2022. Prior to joining 777, Keith was a Partner at a UK Top 10 Accounting firm, PKF LLP. With over 25 years of experience in financial accounting and compliance, Keith has worked across a range of sectors, including financial services, aviation and technology and specialises in supporting companies implement their international expansion plans.

Frédéric Bonnet joined 777 Partners in January 2021. Mr. Bonnet was previously with Oaktree Capital Management, where he served as Tax Senior Vice President for the previous five years. While at Oaktree, he was responsible for tax compliance, reporting and advisory work, and delivered global strategic direction across finance, operations and M&A. Prior to Oaktree, he spent over ten years at Deloitte Tax working on key investment management client issues in domestic, international, and state and local taxation. His tenure at Deloitte includes three years as a dedicated M&A tax professional. Mr. Bonnet received a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant.
