Andres Blazquez joined 777 Partners in 2020. Prior to joining 777, he was a Senior Advisor with Guggenheim Partners. Before that, he was the Founder and Managing Partner of Caucasus Capital Partners, one of the pioneer private equity investors in the Caucasus. He also was in charge of business development at Erlang Technologies, a US-based fabless semiconductors company and started his career with Accenture.
Mr. Blazquez has a B.A. in Physics from Kalamazoo College, a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in Saint Louis, and an MBA from INSEAD. Mr. Blazquez is the President and CEO of Genoa C.F.C. S.p.A., and sits on the boards of Fanatiz and Vasco da Gama SAF.

Nicolas Maya joined 777 Partners in 2021. Prior to 777 Partners, Nicolas was an Associate Partner for McKinsey & Company in their Mexico City, New York and Charlotte offices.. During his time in McKinsey, Nicolas was part of the Transformation and Merger Management Practices, working across multiple industries in over 15 countries. Before joining McKinsey, he worked at a public policy consulting firm and at the Ministry of Defense of Colombia. Nicolas holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota, Colombia

Jed Fluxman joined 777 Partner in 2022 as their Strategic Initiatives Lead. Prior to 777 Partners, Jed has accumulated over 11 years of experience at organizations go to market and strategically scale up their operations and sales. Jed brings experience from a variety of industries, from tech to finance, and hospitality. Jed led Lime's expansion efforts in Florida as its GM and also led a turnaround story of a struggling E-commerce spa supply distributor which was then sold to the largest competitor. Most recently, Jed was working as a business consultant focusing on strategy, operations and business development. Jed is passionate about launching new initiatives and taking on new challenges that will make an impact on the business or people's lives. Jed holds a Bachelors of International Business, from The George Washington University.

Samra joined 777 Partners in 2022 as their Senior Associate in Sports, Media and Entertainment. Prior to 777 Partners, Samra has accumulated over 6 year of experience in strategy consulting and project management in the world of sport. As a consultant and through her roles at Portas and AFD, she has worked on large-scale, transformative sport projects internationally - for governments and businesses. This includes sport infrastructure development projects, creating new business plans for sports organisations, designing new sport programs and events in partnership with FIFA and the NBA.

Harry Brian joined 777 Partners as a Senior Associate in their Sports, Media and Entertainment vertical. Prior to 777 Partners, Harry worked in strategy consulting supporting a wide range of public and private-sector organisations across the sports industry. Harry holds a First Class Honours in Economics with German from the University of Bristol.

Dan joined 777 Partners in 2022 as the Head of Research and Development for the football group. Prior to 777 Partners, Dan accumulated over 5 years of experience in data science, data engineering and software development at organisations within the football analytics industry, including Catapult Sports, Analytics FC, and his own start up companies. Dan holds a Phd in Computer Science and a Masters in Mathematics from the University of Oxford.

Louis Rivera-Camino joined 777 Partners in 2020. Mr. Rivera-Camino primarily focuses on Investments in the Financial Insurance subsector, and brings over 27 years of relevant experience. Prior to joining 777 Partners, Mr. Rivera-Camino served as the founder of Abaco, the leading London-based hedge fund specialized in Global Financials, for over 17 years. Before that, he was sector head of Financials at ADIA, the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, where he managed multi-billion-dollar pan-European sector funds from 1994 to 2003. Mr. Rivera-Camino began his career in corporate finance with Warner Lamber, the US-based Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical. He holds an MBA from LBS London Business School and executive training in Economics, Banking Management and Advance Finance (INSEAD).

James Rothman is the Acting Chief Investment Officer of 777 Asset Management. From 2016-2020 James was the Head of Business Development at A-CAP Holdings, an insurance and asset management holding company. From 2014-2016, James worked for Petra Capital, originating transactions for Petra and its affiliates in the leveraged loan/CLO sector. From 2008-2013 James was head of U.S. Specialized Group Assets for the National Australia Bank, managing a $12 billion runoff book of primarily structured finance assets. From 2001-2007, James was a Senior Managing Director at ACA Capital, primarily managing its structured credit products activities. From 1992-2001, James worked in the mortgage and asset finance and securitization businesses at GE Capital Commercial Finance, Deutsche Bank Securities, PaineWebber and the Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Mr. Rothman also holds a master’s degree in Public and Private Management from the Yale School of Management.

Steve Walton added responsibility for 777 Asset Management to his 777 Re Chief Risk Officer role in 2021. Steve has held Business, Risk and Audit roles in Banking, Insurance and Asset Management. Prior to joining Steve held Interim CRO roles at Border to Coast Pensions Partnership and Intermediate Capital Group, having previously been the Group Head of Investment Oversight at Prudential plc and Global Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Deutsche Bank. Steve is a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
