Maria has joined 777 Partners in September of 2020. She is part of the Accounting Team, bringing her vast knowledge and extensive years of experience in her role as Accounts Payable Specialist. Prior to joining 777 Partners, Mrs. Artola has demonstrating her expertise not only in the Accounts Payable role but collections and payroll processing as well. On a personal level, Mrs. Artola has a great interest in poetry, loves cooking, art and specially traveling to new places.

Ms. Wander joined 777 Partners in 2016 and currently serves as Senior Counsel at 777 Partners and General Counsel for F3EA Holdings. Previously, she served as an Assistant Public Defender, where she tried over 25 cases before a jury. Prior to her time as a Public Defender, Ms. Wander worked in litigation and real estate issues and also gained valuable transactional experience as a contracts lawyer at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Ms. Wander received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland at College Park and her J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore.

Christopher O’Reilly joined 777 Partners in 2018 as general counsel of a subsidiary portfolio company and currently serves as Senior Counsel at 777 Partners. Previously, he served as general counsel and corporate secretary of a NYSE listed finance company. In addition to being a seasoned in-house counsel, Chris was a senior associate at White & Case LLP, in Miami, and an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, in New York. He offers extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, real estate transactions, contract negotiations, corporate governance, compliance, risk/crisis management, employment law, financial transactions, regulatory issues, ethics and corporate legal operations. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Chris served as an officer in the United States Navy. Chris has a B.A. from Duke University, a J.D. from Rutgers University, and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Gayle Levy serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Brickell Insurance Holdings LLC, an affiliate of 777 Partners, and its portfolio companies providing critical business and legal advice in connection with transactional, regulatory and compliance matters pertaining to Brickell and its portfolio companies. Ms. Levy has over 30 years of experience in the regulatory and corporate aspects of insurance industry transactions. Ms. Levy was previously a partner in the corporate insurance practice of several prominent international law firms, including Dewey Ballantine, Edwards Angell, and Dentons, and was General Counsel of Companion Property and Casualty Insurance Company which was acquired by Enstar (US) Inc. Ms. Levy earned undergraduate degrees from both the College of Arts and Sciences and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.

Jon Walder joined 777 Partners in 2018, and is a transactional and compliance specialist serving its portfolio companies. Previously, he held positions at Latham & Watkins and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York, where he represented a broad range of financial institutions, corporate issuers, investment funds and other capital markets participants in connection with their roles as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, sellers and investors in structured finance transactions such as credit facilities, securitizations, asset sales, repurchase facilities and joint ventures, in addition to handling regulatory filings on their behalf. Prior to that, he served in the legal and compliance division at Credit Suisse Securities.

Jon has a B.S. from Cornell University and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.

Luciane Juliani is a cross-border transactional attorney who joined 777 Partners in 2022 as Associate General Counsel. Previously, she acted as Senior Counsel at MIGA, part of the World Bank Group, providing advice on political risk insurance and credit enhancement to foreign investors and lenders, and supporting MIGA on its project finance and equity transactions. Prior to that, she worked as a Senior Attorney at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) advising the Multilateral Investment Fund operations’ group and board of directors in equity investments, lending transactions, restructurings, divestments and work-outs. Prior to IDB, she served as an Associate in the Business Transactions practice of Hunton Andrews Kurth in Washington, DC advising multilateral financial institutions in structured finance transactions in the U.S., Latin America and the Caribbean and Asian private sector clients in several oil & gas acquisitions in Latin America. Luciane holds a LL.M. from George Washington University Law School and a LL.B. from Mackenzie Rio University Law School (Brazil). She is licensed to practice in New York and Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Brock Lilley joined 777 Partners in 2022 and currently serves as Corporate Counsel for 777 Partners, providing legal advice to its portfolio companies. Prior to 777 Partners, Brock was an associate attorney with Adams and Reese LLP, where his practice areas included general commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Brock holds a B.A. in Philosophy and J.D. from the University of Florida.

Karla Esquivel joined 777 Partners in 2022 as a legal assistant. She provides administrative support to the attorneys in the legal department. As an undergraduate, she worked in various media and entertainment industry internships. Karla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Political Science from Mount Holyoke College.
