Steve Pasko co-founded 777 Partners in 2015 as part of the management buyout of SuttonPark Capital from PennantPark. Prior to joining PennantPark in 2008, he held Managing Director positions at Natixis Capital Markets and Bankers Trust (now part of Deutsche Bank) where he was responsible for asset securitizations and interest rate products. Mr. Pasko also held leadership positions pioneering specialty finance at Salomon Brothers and Drexel Burnham Lambert. He has a B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Pasko serves as CEO of SuttonPark Capital and is the controlling shareholder of Brickell Insurance Holdings.

Josh Wander co-founded 777 Partners in 2015 as part of the management buyout of SuttonPark Capital from PennantPark. Prior to founding 777, he held executive roles at SuttonPark Capital, First Sustainable LLC, and Structured Asset Funding where he sourced, structured, and financed alternative assets. Mr. Wander directs strategy and investment at 777, chairing the firm’s investment committee, and sits on the boards of F3EA holdings, Signal Legal, and First Sustainable. He has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.

Scott Sidell joined 777 Partners in 2017 as Head of Renewable Energy and Project Finance. Before joining 777, Dr. Sidell founded and served as the CEO of First Sustainable. Previously, Dr. Sidell was a proprietary debt arbitrage trader at Chase Manhattan Bank, Chemical Bank, Societe Generale, Greenwich Capital Markets (now RBS) and Millennium Partners.

Dr. Sidell received his Ph.D. and M.A. from Cornell University, and BA from Boston College, and was a visiting scholar in the Department of Economics at Harvard University where he conducted his Ph.D. thesis. He is the author of two books and three articles appearing in leading academic journals.

Adam Weiss joined 777 Partners in 2015. Prior to joining 777, he was with SuttonPark Capital in Securitization Underwriting, M&A, and Business Development. Before that, Weiss worked at Cross Keys Capital in Investment Banking and at Shevlin Atkins as an attorney concentrating on Corporate, Transactional, and Real Estate law.

He has a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D./M.B.A from the University of Miami.

Aaron joined 777 Partners in early 2018. Prior to joining 777, he was a Vice President at Comvest Partners, a middle market private equity and credit investment firm, where he was responsible for all aspects of the investment process including originating, transaction execution and structuring, post-closing growth strategies and portfolio management. Aaron began his career in the Restructuring and Recapitalization Investment Banking group at Raymond James in New York.

Aaron received a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in both Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Joe Metzger joined 777 Partners in 2021. Prior to 777 Partners, Joe worked in M&A and Corporate Development at two of the largest life insurance carriers in the U.S., Guardian Life and TIAA-CREF, executing transactions in the insurance, healthcare and asset management sectors. Previously, Joe was an investment banker covering financial institutions. Joe holds a B.A. from New York University, where he graduated Cum Laude and was a University Honors Scholar.

Lenz C. Balan joined 777 Partners in 2018. Prior to joining 777, Lenz was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Lenz also worked for York Street Capital Partners, an investment firm focused on private debt and equity investments. Lenz began his career as an investment banking analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse. Lenz earned a B.A. from the Bowdoin College.

Dan Faermark joined 777 Partners in 2022 as their VP Corporate Development & Chief of Staff in the 777 Football Group. Prior to 777 Partners, Dan worked at DAZN, the global sports broadcaster in Product and Revenue Strategy. Prior to that, Dan accumulated 7 years of experience in Investment Banking working at Evercore advising companies across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia on public and private M&A transactions and corporate finance strategy. He also consulted a number of football clubs including Aston Villa FC, Burnley FC and RCD Espanyol on strategic and commercial matters. Dan holds a MA Hons International Relations from the University of St Andrews in Scotland (UK) as well as an MBA from IESE in Barcelona (Spain).

Ankush joined 777 Partners in early 2020. Prior to joining 777, he was a senior associate at Comvest Partners, a middle market private equity and credit investment firm based in West Palm Beach, FL. Ankush began his career as an investment banking analyst in the Acquisition Finance, Execution and Structuring group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta, GA.

Ankush received a B.B.A. in Finance from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
