Jorge Beruff joined 777 Partners in 2017. Prior to joining 777, he was a Vice President in GE Capital’s Franchise Finance Group in New York where he arranged and executed leveraged loans to sponsor owned franchisors and franchisees in the restaurant and hospitality sector. Prior to that, he worked at J.P. Morgan in the Leveraged Finance/Restructuring Group in New York. Previously, he held positions at ING Capital & Brown Brothers Harriman. He has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania

Aaron joined 777 Partners in early 2018. Prior to joining 777, he was a Vice President at Comvest Partners, a middle market private equity and credit investment firm, where he was responsible for all aspects of the investment process including originating, transaction execution and structuring, post-closing growth strategies and portfolio management. Aaron began his career in the Restructuring and Recapitalization Investment Banking group at Raymond James in New York. Aaron received a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in both Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter Meyers joined 777 Partners in 2018. Prior to joining 777, he was a Director for Arena Investors, a global investment firm with over $1 billion AUM focused on illiquid credit and special situations. Prior to Arena, Peter was a Vice President in the credit fund at Comvest Partners, a private investment firm with over $3.0 billion AUM. Peter also worked for Friend Skoler & Co., a middle market private equity firm, and York Street Capital Partners, an investment firm focused on private debt and equity investments. Earlier in his career, he was an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Morgan Stanley. Peter earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated cum laude.

Henrik Wijkander joined 777 Partners in 2021 as Head of Insurance Solutions. Prior to 777 Partners, Henrik has accumulated over 20 years experience covering investments, hedging and M&A at organizations in the life insurance and banking industry including the Phoenix Group (Head of Strategic Asset Allocation & Asset Liability Management) and Goldman Sachs (Executive Director). Henrik holds a BA in Economics from Cambridge University, MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and is a Fellow of Institute of Actuaries (FIA).

Stuart Lippman joined 777 Partners in 2021 as their Head of Traded Structured Credit. Stuart has over 25 years of investment experience in traded structured credit having launched and run several structured-product investment businesses. He was most recently at Fortress Investment but previously spent more than seven years at TIG Advisors, as CIO of TIG Securitized Asset and the TIG Sunrise Funds. Previously, Stuart was a Managing Director at RBC and the Founder and CIO of the RBC Structured Products Proprietary Investment Strategy. Stuart holds a B.S. from Cornell University in Economics and a M.B.A. in Finance from the Stern School of Business, New York University.

Lenz C. Balan joined 777 Partners in 2018. Prior to joining 777, he founded Balan Capital, an outsourced origination firm focused on illiquid credit, equity and special situations. Prior to that, Lenz was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Lenz also worked for York Street Capital Partners, an investment firm focused on private debt and equity investments. Lenz began his career as an investment banking analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse. Lenz earned a B.A. from the Bowdoin College.
