Prior to 777 Partners, Evgenii has accumulated over 3 years of experience with test automation and development of quality assurance tools at organizations in the field of quality assurance consulting including Lanit Expertise. Evgenii holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Izhevsk State Tecnical University.

Mr. Pham is very professional in object-oriented programming and website technologies.

Erica M. Guillen is responsible for providing administrative support to the 777 team. She joined 777 Partners in 2022 and is the first smile you see when visiting our Brickell office. She maintains all day-to-day operations, employee morale and is the office's 'go-to-problem-solver'. Prior to joining 777, Erica managed corporate programs at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach as a 'Group Coordinator' and 'Event Manager'. She brings 10+ years of hospitality-management experience to the office, ensuring fluidity in daily operations.
Ms. Guillen obtained her Graduate and Undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, with a focus in sociology and marketing. While interning in Thailand she gained international certifications in 'Wildlife Conservation', 'Wildlife Data Collection', 'Target Species Identification', and 'Sustainability'.
